Site Engineer (Nuclear)

Job Description: Site Engineer (Nuclear) Location: Gwynedd, Wales Contract: 2 years, Inside IR35 Conditions: Full time onsite, 4 day weeks We're looking for a driven professional with solid construction leadership experience who’s ready to make an impact on high profile, complex projects. You will: * Take action to champion a strong safety culture, maintain high standards, and drive continuous improvement through best practice and learning. * Review and accept method statements, safe systems of work, and all relevant documentation with diligence and ownership. * Demonstrate flexibility and support others while adapting confidently to changing demands, promoting positive safety, environmental values, and strong planning and coordination. You will bring: * Essential construction safety qualifications such as CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or a NEBOSH Construction Certificate, alongside strong Construction Design Management experience. * Proven essential experience managing or supervising construction activities such as (working at height operations, temporary works, heavy lifting operations etc.) and supported by an HNC/NVQ Level 5 or equivalent technical background. * A thorough understanding of local procedures, rules, and company instructions, ensuring safe, compliant, and effective project delivery. * Construction/civil engineering background * Experience in demolition, lifting operations, working at height
