Account Executive - SaaS

We're recruiting on behalf of a major leading software provider - growing fast, backed by serious investors, and trusted by thousands of housing associations to run better services for millions of tenants. Here's the opportunity: our client has an established customer base, a category-leading product, and real appetite to expand - but they need a proven sales executive who can understand industry pain points, navigate complex, regulated buying environments and win where others struggle to break through. Someone who can walk into a room full of senior stakeholders and digital teams, build a business case that actually lands, and win deals by becoming the trusted advisor buyers turn to. You'll be provided with a relatively even mix of accounts already sold into and those that are new prospects. Deals typically average £180k ARR, with sales cycles running 3-9 months. Perform well and in 12-18 months you'll have: * Built and closed a pipeline of strategic, high-value logos in one of the most defensible verticals in enterprise software * Proven you can win in a market that rewards depth over speed * Positioned yourself for real progression inside a company that's seriously scaling What's in it for you: * 50-60k basic depends on level of experience, £100k OTE * Hybrid working - 2 days a week in a London based office * Matching pension, strong benefits, 25 days holiday + bank holidays If you've got a track record in mid-level to enterprise software sales, know how to sell into complex, regulated/mission critical organisations, and want a role where strong earning potential comes with a mission that actually matters - we want to hear from you
