The business is undergoing significant digital transformation to help drive smarter decision-making. Build and maintain complex Excel models for forecasting and investment analysis Partner with data centre and operational teams to drive performance Support strategic planning, board reporting, and commercial decision-making Ensure data integrity across financial systems and support system upgrades ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 5+ years PQE Advanced Excel modelling skills; Background in property, infrastructure, or asset-heavy industries preferred This is a rare opportunity to join a globally respected property group at a pivotal moment in its growth journey—where finance plays a central role in shaping strategy and unlocking value.
