CV Screen is delighted to be recruiting a Sales and Marketing Manager on behalf of a well-respected national charity dedicated to equality and inclusion. This permanent role is based in London on a hybrid basis. It pays £38,900 - £41,600 for a 31.5-hour week worked as a 9-day fortnight. You'll lead sales of the charity's workplace inclusion programmes to employers, combining strategic business development with hands-on relationship building. Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive sales of workplace inclusion services to hit ambitious income targets
• Find and nurture new prospects, turning conversations into signed partnerships
• Lead the renewals process to keep existing member organisations on board
• Represent the charity at events and conferences, speaking to new audiences
• Create marketing campaigns and sales collateral, and line manage two team members
