We’re recruiting a professional Class 2 Driver in Bedford for immediate starts with a leading drinks logistics company. This is a full-time Class 2 Driver role working alongside a driver’s mate, delivering alcohol products to pubs, bars, and licensed venues across the region. It’s a hands-on position suited to a Class 2 Driver who enjoys physical work, customer interaction, and working as part of a team. Key Responsibilities – Class 2 Driver * Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain high safety standards * Complete multi-drop deliveries with the support of a driver’s mate * Deliver excellent customer service at each delivery point * Handle kegs, cases, and returns (manual handling required) * Collect empty kegs, pallets, and returned goods * Follow all transport legislation, health & safety, and tachograph regulations * Report any vehicle defects or delivery issues promptly Requirements – Class 2 Driver * Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence and Driver CPC * Good knowledge of Bedford and surrounding areas * Strong communication skills and a professional attitude * Multi-drop experience preferred but not essential * Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling * Reliable, positive, and safety-focused * Newly qualified drivers may be considered Why Work With Us * £17.79 per hour – competitive, reliable pay * Monday to Friday working pattern * Temp to perm opportunity with a well-established logistics provider * Full training and ongoing support * Supportive team environment * Genuine long-term progression opportunities * Excellent opportunity for a motivated Class 2 Driver in Bedford Please click apply and one of our team will contact you
