Medical Receptionist / administration

We are currently working with a friendly and well-established GP Practice who are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join their team. Key Responsibilities: * Handling inbound calls from patients in a professional and friendly manner * Booking and managing appointments * Managing incoming and outgoing post * Scanning and processing documents * Referrals and Administration duties * Updating and maintaining accurate patient records on the system About You: * Previous experience working within a GP practice is essential * Strong working knowledge of SystemOne/EMIS * Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills * Reliable, organised, and able to work efficiently in a busy environment * Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision * eConsult – acting on clinical triage instruction and signposting pharmacy first directly * AccuRx * Front Desk * New registration administration This is a great opportunity to join a supportive practice and make a real difference to patient care.
