Partner with senior stakeholders to align governance practices with evolving business and regulatory priorities. As an AI Governance Director in the International Private Bank (IPB), you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive AI governance frameworks that ensure the ethical, responsible, and compliant use of AI technologies across the organization. You will leverage your expertise in model risk management and regulatory compliance to influence strategic decisions and operational plans, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and regulatory standards. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex challenges, such as bias detection and explainability in AI models, while fostering a culture of transparency and accountability. By driving innovation and safeguarding our reputation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI at JPMorganChase. The IPB AI Governance Lead owns end-to-end governance for the IPB AI portfolio—ensuring AI initiatives are compliant, auditable, and scalable across multiple jurisdictions.
