Quality Assurance Manager Wisbech, Cambridgeshire Up to £85,000 package (Salary + Car allowance) Overview - Quality Assurance Manager: Due to internal progression, a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager has arisen. This is your chance to join a large food manufacturing site undergoing significant investment and transformation at the senior leadership level. You'll lead the site's quality function, driving food safety, compliance and continuous improvement while developing a high-performing team and influencing standards across the factory. Responsibilities for the Quality Assurance Manager: Lead and develop the Quality team. Manage the site's Quality Management System. Drive food safety, quality and compliance standards. Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions. Partner with operations to improve quality performance. Manage quality budgets and support improvement projects. Contribute to site-wide continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements for the Quality Assurance Manager:  Degree qualified in a Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry or related discipline. Quality leadership experience within food manufacturing. Strong knowledge of food safety, auditing and quality systems. Experience leading and developing teams. Continuous improvement mindset.
