Breakfast Chef De Partie
We are currently recruiting for a part-time Breakfast Chef de Partie (16 hours, Sunday and Tuesday from 6am to 2pm) to join our team at Nor Loft, located in Market Street hotel.

As CDP, you will support the Head and Sous chef with the day to day running of the kitchen and occasionally you will be expected to work unsupervised. For our open plan kitchen, you will have personality in abundance to interact with our guests, the ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
Passion and knowledge about food and ingredients are an essential base for working in the kitchen and Nor Loft is a great place to learn and develop as chef.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and cooking of dishes, to the set-out specifications, from our menu
Breakfast service and preparation on both days as well as a lunch service
Opportunity to develop, with dish designs and ideas
Great place to learn and develop as a chef
Cleaning to an exceptionally high standard around the kitchen
Taking direction from Senior chefs
Maintaining appropriate levels of Food Safety and Hygiene
Compliance in all HACCP
Role Requirements:
Industry experience is a must, but if you have the passion for food and enjoy working in a unique kitchen environment, please get in touch
Must have a valid right to work in the United Kingdom
Flexibility is a must as you will be required to cover shifts over the weekends
Offer of employment is subject to satisfactory reference checks
Hours of Work:
This role is part time role, working a maximum of 16 hours per week, Sundays and Tuesdays from 6am to 2pm.
Hours might vary depending on business needs.
Rate of Pay: Competitive, from £13.50 per hour, you get paid for every hour you work, with an additional share of tips.
