Skanska UK Plc is seeking an STL Project Engineer in Bridgend to lead the technical, commercial and operational delivery of highways and infrastructure projects. The role combines design leadership with practical construction delivery, working closely with Skanska project teams to develop robust, buildable solutions.
You will recruit, mentor and develop graduates and junior engineers, guiding their progression toward ICE/CIHT qualification while maintaining strong client and stakeholder
