Description

• Lead business analysis activities across a complex transformation portfolio.
• Gather and document requirements, facilitate workshops, and map current and future state processes.
• Support service redesign, business case development, solution design, testing, and benefits realisation.
• Partner with operational teams, programme leads, and senior stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to transformation best practice and support the development of business analysis capability across programmes.
