Service Advisor Automotive Location: Nottingham Salary: £30,845 Up to £6,000 Bonus Job Type: Full-time, Permanent A busy automotive business in Nottingham is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their aftersales team.

Responsibilities Booking vehicle services and repairs Keeping customers updated throughout the process Liaising with workshop and parts departments Processing invoices, payments, and warranty claims Managing customer records using dealer systems Supporting workshop efficiency and hours sold targets Requirements Previous Service Advisor or dealership experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Organised with good attention to detail IT literate and confident using dealership systems Full UK driving licence desirable Working Hours Monday to Friday xwzovoh between 7:30am 6:00pm Typical start time: 8:00am 1-hour lunch break Alternate Saturdays: 8:00am 1:00pm Benefits Up to £6,000 bonus potential Staff discounts on vehicles, servicing, and parts Training and career development opportunities Wellbeing and employee support schemes
