This iconic restaurant serves phenomenal food with a focus on impeccable produce, created in an open kitchen, with traditional methods.

General Manager - Venue : - 100/120 covers a day (net £90k weekly) - Busy but manageable, with character - not stuffy and formal - Part of a very successful and growing company
