Job Type: Temporary, Ongoing
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm
Pay Rate: £14.04/h
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy food production team in Bicester. The role will involve working across different areas of the production process, including ingredient preparation and packing.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing ingredients in the kitchen according to set recipes and production instructions
Handling and lifting bags of ingredients weighing up to 25kg
Packing sauces and pickles within a high-risk production area
Following food hygiene, health and safety and company procedures
Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
Working efficiently as part of a busy production team
Reporting any issues or quality concerns to the relevant supervisor
Requirements:
Previous production or food manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
Good understanding of English, both written and spoken, as you will need to follow recipes and production instructions
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling of up to 25kg
Reliable xwzovoh and punctual
Good attention to detail
Able to work well as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment
