Quantity Surveyor | Bristol | £250–£350 per day 📍 Bristol (BS1 – Close to Temple Meads Station) 💰 £250–£350 per day 📅 Start ASAP | Initial 3-month contract with the possibility of extension. JML are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a major civil engineering project in Bristol. Working alongside the commercial team, you'll be responsible for subcontract management, cost control, valuations, variations, procurement, CVRs, forecasting and supporting the successful commercial delivery of the project. Requirements: ✅ Previous Quantity Surveyor experience within civil engineering or infrastructure ✅ Strong commercial and contractual knowledge ✅ Experience with valuations, CVRs, subcontract management and cost reporting ✅ CSCS Card ✅ Excellent communication and organisational skills If you're available for your next contract and have the relevant experience, we'd love to hear from you.
