Description
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll take ownership of campaign strategy, audience growth and go-to-market execution across a portfolio of high-profile products and initiatives
We are looking for an experienced and senior marketer who has worked for a leading D2C brand. You will need a track record of marketing success and worked for a brand that has delivered high impact and well-known marketing campaigns with a limited budget. You will be a creative who knows how to demand marketing attention and how to get your brand on the map quickly.
You'll develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns that reach audiences across multiple channels, ensuring the business is consistently showing up in the right places, with the right message, at the right time
This is a genuinely strategic role, but one that requires someone who enjoys getting close to the detail. You'll be expected to turn strategy into action, identify opportunities for growth and continually find smarter ways to improve performance
Campaign Strategy
Lead the strategy, planning and execution of low cost and high impact marketing campaigns
Translate commercial objectives into clear marketing strategies and actionable plans
Ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, on time and to a high standardAudience Growth & Distribution
Develop strategies to increase audience reach, engagement and retention
Identify new channels, platforms and opportunities to expand distribution
Understand audience behaviour and use insight to influence marketing activityPerformance & Optimisation
Establish a highly data-driven approach to marketing
Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results
Build a culture of testing, learning and continuous optimisationInnovation
Explore new channels, technologies, formats and approaches to marketing
Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and impact
Test new ideas quickly and scale those that workCross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with teams across the wider business to deliver campaigns effectively
Experience managing a flexible marketing team based on campaigns and projects
Build strong relationships across marketing, product, content, creative and commercial functions
Profile
A proven track record leading successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
Experience working for a D2C brand with an track record of creative, cutting edge and forward thinking campaigns
Full of creativity and how to deliver high impact organic campaigns with minimal budgets
Someone who thrives in a fast paced marketing environment
Experience driving audience growth, engagement and commercial performance
Strong analytical and performance marketing capabilities.
Excellent commercial judgement and an understanding of how marketing contributes to revenue
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
A genuine appetite for experimentation, innovation and continuous improvement
