You will take the lead in the classroom, ensuring students remain engaged and on-task while their regular teacher is away. The Role Classroom Management: Lead classes across various subjects using pre-set lesson plans (no planning or marking required!). Behaviour Support: Implement the school's behaviour policy with confidence and consistency. Student Engagement: Help students overcome barriers to learning during their lessons.
