Parcel Packer - Tickhill At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Parcel Packer to work with a leading logistics company in Tickhill. This role involves managing stock, preparing products for distribution, and ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly. Shift Patterns: * 37.5 hours paid, with 1 x 30 minutes break unpaid * Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday Rotating 6-14/14-22 * Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday Fixed Nights 22-06 * Other shift patterns may be generated based on operational requirements Pay Rates: * 13.22 GBP hourly Essential Requirements for Parcel Packer: * Available to work full time, minimum 37.5 hours * Commute time within 40 minutes, own transport required (public transport only available from Doncaster) * Some previous warehouse experience * Computer knowledge * Physically fit for standing long periods and manual handling Skills and Soft Skills for Parcel Packer: * Previous experience as a warehouse packer * Previous experience working with scanners or warehouse management systems * Team player with the ability to work on your own * Responsibility and good timekeeping * Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment Role Responsibilities for Parcel Packer: * Packing various paint products into specific packaging * Reallocating stock from pallets to specific promotional packaging * Adding security tags to stock and wrapping pallets * Processing data into the Warehouse Management system and printing labels * Performing manual handling and heavy lifting tasks Benefits for Parcel Packer: * Full training will be provided * Opportunity to work in a professional warehouse environment Location: Tickhill.
