We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established charity that provides high-quality supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs .
As a Service Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of supported living services, ensuring individuals receive safe, person-centred support that promotes independence, choice, and community inclusion.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Support Worker or Deputy Manager looking to step up into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop a team of Support Workers
Oversee rota planning, staffing levels, and service delivery
Ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards
Manage safeguarding concerns, incidents, and risk assessments
Support individuals to achieve positive outcomes and independence
Maintain accurate records, audits, and care plans
Liaise with families, local authorities, and external professionals
Participate in the on-call rota
Requirements Experience in a senior role within supported living or social care
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and CQC regulations
Leadership experience or readiness to step into management
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards)
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
