The Role We are looking for a motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our growing team, covering London and the South of England. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of our security systems. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and that our systems operate at optimal. Key Responsibilities * Install, commission, and maintain physical security products * Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently and safely * Perform planned preventive maintenance and servicing * Respond to service call-outs and resolve technical issues on-site * Provide excellent customer support and maintain strong client relationships * Complete service reports and documentation accurately * Work independently in the field, while collaborating with the wider team Skills & Experience * Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills * Technical aptitude with an interest in engineering * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively * Strong problem-solving abilities * Flexible approach to working hours and travel Industry experience is not essential – full training will be provided.
