Order Ref: (phone number removed) Position Title: Facilities/Building Services Engineer Duration: Contract Location: Halewood Duties: Facilities Engineering is responsible for the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities. Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labour, materials, and other related costs. Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facilities expansion. May have responsibility for establishing and overseeing health and safety standards. Level: A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities typically include: Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.
