The role offers exposure to policy interpretation, coverage disputes, professional indemnity claims, subrogated recoveries and wider dispute resolution strategy across a variety of insurance lines, including financial risks, cyber and technology, property damage, reinsurance, fraud, and specialty risks. Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 8 years' PQE and a strong background in insurance disputes, ideally gained within a recognised insurance practice. You will have extensive experience advising on complex coverage and liability matters, together with a sound understanding of the London insurance market. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding technical ability, commercial awareness, and the confidence to manage high-value matters with minimal supervision.
