Job Description Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the General Operative will play a key part within the production process of the Timber Frame and Roof Trusses.

General Operatives are required to build pre-cut timber into various panels, gables, and trusses and liaising with maintenance to ensure tasks are completed.

Full training will be provided for this role.

Candidates must be willing to work on a 3 shift pattern (DS 7am-3:15pm, BS 3pm-11:15pm and NS 11pm-7:15am).

38.75 hours per week, 5 days per week (overtime available) Competitive rate plus shift allowance Skills Profile Experience of woodworking is advantageous but not essential Experience with nail guns and various other woodworking equipment would be desirable Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Good health and safety knowledge would be advantageous Dependable and flexible approach to working.
