Groundworks Site Manager – Enfield Location: Bury St Edmunds Contract: 18 Months Start: Immediate We are recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Site Manager to oversee groundworks packages on a large residential project in Bury St Edmunds. This is a long-term opportunity on a brand-new development, offering 18 months of work and the chance to play a key role from project inception through to completion. Responsibilities: * Managing all groundworks operations on site * Coordinating subcontractors, plant, and labour resources * Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards * Monitoring programme delivery and site performance * Conducting toolbox talks and site inspections * Maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle Essential Requirements: * Site Management experience within groundworks and residential construction * SMSTS * CSCS Card * First Aid at Work * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Strong understanding of residential infrastructure and groundworks packages Benefits: * £280 per day * 18-month contract * New residential development * Immediate start For more information or to apply, please submit your CV today
