Sales & Customer Support Co-Ordinator

KL Talent Solutions is recruiting a Sales & Customer Support Coordinator on behalf of an established and growing manufacturing business based in Durham.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys dealing with customers but also has a strong commercial head on their shoulders.

You'll sit at the centre of the sales and customer journey – capturing new enquiries, keeping opportunities moving, following up with customers and making sure quotations, information, actions and responses don't stall.

We're looking for someone who is bright, bubbly, confident on the phone and seriously organised. Someone who is comfortable picking up the phone rather than hiding behind emails, enjoys speaking with customers and gets satisfaction from keeping things moving.

This isn't a hard-sales role and you won't be expected to technically estimate or schedule work. Instead, you'll provide the organisation, communication and follow-through that helps the commercial team convert opportunities into orders.
