Your new role You will join the business as an Accounts Payable Clerk on a 3-month fixed-term contract , supporting the finance team with day-to-day transactional processing.

Working closely with the Financial Controller , you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the purchase ledger function, maintaining accuracy and efficiency across high-volume transactions.

This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities will include: Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently Matching, batching, and coding invoices Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies Preparing and assisting with payment runs Managing supplier queries in a timely and professional manner Supporting the Financial Controller and wider finance team as required Assisting with process improvements and maintaining accurate financial records What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Accounts Payable professional with a proactive and reliable approach. xwzovoh
