Recruitment Resourcer – Education, Health & Social Care Office Based | Full-Time (37.5 hours) £26,000 per annum + Performance Bonus (up to 10%) About JORECRUITMENT LIMITED JORECRUITMENT LIMITED is a specialist recruitment agency working across the Education, Health and Social Care sectors, supplying high-quality temporary and permanent staff to schools, nurseries, care providers, and support services. We are growing our team and are looking for a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to support candidate sourcing, compliance, and placement delivery. The Role As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and supporting candidates across education and care settings. You will be responsible for: * Sourcing and screening candidates for Education, Health & Social Care roles * Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining CRM systems * Conducting initial candidate interviews and registration calls * Supporting compliance checks (DBS, references, right to work) * Building strong relationships with candidates * Supporting consultants with live vacancies and urgent placements * Ensuring high-quality candidate experience throughout About You We are looking for someone with: * Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment or resourcing * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * High attention to detail (especially compliance documentation) * Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment * Confident telephone manner and relationship-building skills * Strong organisational skills and time management Salary & Benefits * £26,000 per annum basic salary * Performance bonus up to 10% (£3,000 threshold) * Office-based role (structured support & training provided) * Career progression into Recruitment Consultant role * Ongoing training and development * Supportive and growing team environment Career Progression This role is designed as a progression route into a Recruitment Consultant position, with opportunities to move into: * Education Recruitment Consultant * Senior Resourcer * Account Manager Working Hours * Monday to Friday * 37.5 hours per week * Office based
