Oversee daily operations, including planning, safeguarding, and compliance. Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external professionals. Maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for children aged 0–5. What We’re Looking For Qualifications: Level 3 or above in Early Years (essential). Experience: 3 years Skills: Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and leadership.
