As a Plumber Multi Trade, you will be responsible for carrying out responsive maintenance and repair work within domestic properties. I’d be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in general building trades, whether you’ve previously worked as a Multi Skilled Operative, Bathroom fitter, or Wet room Fitter. As a Plumber Multi Trade, you will be: Carrying out maintenance and repairs service within domestic properties Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests To ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards Respond swiftly to all emergency situations and resolve them efficiently I’d love to speak to Plumber Multi Trade who has: Over 3 years trade experience, ideally in the residential repairs sector Has NVQ Level 2 - 3 or equivalent experience 3 years’ experience of Bathroom installations, including tiling Able to use the phone and PDA to communicate effectively A full UK driving licence This Plumber Multi Trade role is offering the following benefits: Company and van fuel card provided  34 days annual leave rising to 36 days (including bank holiday) Company sick pay after 12 months length of service Life insurance Company pension scheme Uniform and safety equipment provided This role is offering a salary of £38,600 per year.
