Virtual Moving Surveyor

We are hiring a Virtual Moving Surveyor for a top international removals business that serves the UK, Europe, and other nations worldwide. You will be conducting virtual surveys and assisting clients moving abroad; this remote position would be well-suited for you. In addition to speaking English fluently, candidates must be proficient in French, German, or Dutch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual surveys, create quotes and book moves for clients moving both domestically and abroad.
• Evaluate shipment amounts, access for vehicles, specific handling demands, and packing requirements.
• Give clients advice on customs requirements, moving procedures, transit timeframes, and destination-specific factors.
• Determine any operating difficulties for the move.
• Communicate with partner networks, operations, and move management to guarantee precise service delivery.
• Examine inventory information and make sure that the survey accurately records all removals requirements.
• Stay in touch with potential clients frequently.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the survey and move process.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Previous surveying experience from within the removals sector.
• A track record of successfully managing household goods removals throughout Europe and beyond.
• Professional-level proficiency in written and spoken Dutch, French, or German in addition to English.
• Strong familiarity with international shipping techniques, export packing specifications, customs processes, and foreign moving procedures.
