Take ownership of referral channels that directly contribute to customer growth and commercial success. - Build strong relationships across Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience teams - Turn data and insight into meaningful actions that improve performance. - Strong experience driving engagement, acquisition or performance-focused initiatives - Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and collaborate. - Commercial awareness combined with the creativity to deliver measurable results.
