Associate Dentist – Independent Mixed Practice, Wrexham (3–4 Days/Week)

We are supporting a well-established, independent-led practice within the Wrexham area. This position offers consistent income through a strong NHS base, alongside genuine opportunity to grow private earnings all within a non-target-driven environment.
This is a role built around clinical freedom, patient care, and long-term development, rather than volume-driven dentistry.
Practice Highlights

The Role
We are looking for an Associate Dentist to join the team on a 3–4 day per week basis.
The current structure allows for condensed working days, giving you the option to have additional days off while maintaining strong earning potential.
This role would suit a clinician who is comfortable delivering NHS dentistry but is also interested in building private work alongside it over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality general dentistry within a stable NHS contract
- Managing a consistent and busy patient list
- Identifying and offering private treatment options where appropriate
- Working alongside therapists and clinicians to maximise efficiency
- Providing patient-focused care in a relaxed, supportive environment
- What We’re Looking For
- GDC registered with an active NHS performer number
- Confident delivering general NHS and private dentistry
- Comfortable discussing treatment options with patients
- Interest in developing private work
- A team player looking for a stable, long-term role
