Project Manager & Quantity Surveyor

A growing construction consultancy based in London is preparing to appoint a Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager due to planned team growth and upcoming workload. This Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager role would suit a bright, commercially minded individual who enjoys both cost management and project delivery, with the ability to work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. The successful Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager will be joining a well-regarded consultancy environment where teamwork, strong communication, and academic ability are highly valued. The Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager will support a varied portfolio of commercial construction projects, taking responsibility for both quantity surveying and project management duties from early feasibility stages through to completion. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role. The Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager's role The Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager will be involved in pre- and post-contract services, including cost planning, procurement, tender documentation, contract administration, valuations, change control, reporting, and final accounts. Alongside this, the Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager will assist with project coordination, client updates, programme monitoring, design team meetings, and contractor management.
