Architectural Draftsman

Impact Recruitment are partnereed with an exciting business to recruit for an Architectural Draftsman to support with the preperation and design of technical drawings. In this role you will be critical for the success of project delivery and work closely with skilled CAD Technicians. This company are based in Northampton and you will be expected to work in the office. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm Location: Northampton Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 (Graduate) or £34,000 - £38,000 (Experienced) Contract: Permanent Key Responsibilities Prepare, update, and produce architectural drawings (2D and 3D) Assist in the preparation of planning application drawings and supporting documentation Support the technical aspects of projects throughout all stages, including compliance with building regulations, and provide technical guidance Attend project sites to produce accurate as-built drawings Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders Assist in maintaining drawing standards and contributing to continuous improvement of processes Work closely with a Senior CAD Technician and actively engage in training and development opportunitiesRequirements A degree or experience in architectural drawings Experience with software including AutoCAD or Revit Flexibility to travel to sites when required Must have a keen eye for detail and quality If you are interested in this role then please apply with an up to date CV.
