Job Title: Senior Nursery Room Leader

Hours: Part Time - Monday-Friday 1pm-6pm

Salary: £12.50 per hour

The Role: As a Senior Nursery Room Leader, you will play a pivotal role in creating enriching experiences for our children. Your responsibilities will include:

Leadership: Lead by example, inspiring and motivating your team to deliver high-quality care and education in line with regulatory standards.

Curriculum Development: implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote children's learning and development across all areas.

Communication: Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication, keeping parents informed about their child's experiences and achievements.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members, sharing ideas and resources to enhance the overall program and ensure consistency in practice.

Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and hygienic environment at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations and conducting regular risk assessments.
