Premises Manager

A Premises Manager is needed on a on going temporary basis at a primary school in Camden. Details of the role: * 40 Hour working week * £19.00 - £21.00 an hour * 8 Hour Day * 5 Days a week * Temporary role with the opportunity for it to be permanent for the right candidate Responsibilities of the job: * Lock and unlock the school and carry out security checks on the buildings * Carry out and record statutory checks and help maintain Health and Safety records * Carrying out small and basic maintenance tasks around the site * Liaising and shadowing contractors around the site * Monitor site stock and order supplies * Walking School grounds making sure everything is clean * Communicating effectively with colleagues on the site premises The Ideal candidate will have some previous experience in a Premises Manager or Facilities Maintenance role.
