You will work closely with senior stakeholders, project teams, and department leads to identify opportunities for improvement, define system requirements, and ensure that IT solutions meet the needs of the business. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with external IT providers and maintaining a comprehensive IT asset and licensing register, playing a key part in shaping how the client’s technology estate operates and grows.
What You'll Be Doing

* Supporting change management and continuous business improvement projects
What We're Looking For
You'll ideally have:
* 2-5 years' experience as an IT & Systems Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or in a similar role
* Strong experience gathering business requirements and documenting processes
* Good analytical skills with Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* A logical, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
Experience with ERP, CRM, financial systems, Agile, ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, or IT asset management would be advantageous but isn't essential.
We offer:
* Competitive salary with annual reviews
* Hybrid working
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
* Workplace pension
* Ongoing professional development and career progression
* A collaborative culture where your ideas genuinely make a difference
