Raw Materials Coordinator About the Company Our client, based in Hamilton, Leicester, is a multinational organisation with additional sites in Leicester and Rothley. About the Role Full-time position: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Standard hours: 09:00–17:00 (flexibility may be available) Occasional overtime required (paid at 1.25x hourly rate) Hourly rate: £15.85 per hour Use of FLT equipment, including clamp and fork attachments, is required Key Responsibilities Operate FLT equipment to safely unload raw materials, including bobbins, poly, core boards, and ink Ensure a consistent and reliable supply of raw materials to production teams to support uninterrupted manufacturing Manage stock rotation in line with FIFO (First In, First Out) principles Coordinate raw material sampling for quality control in accordance with company procedures Generate and apply accurate stock labels within the warehouse Maintain and organise all required documentation in line with company processes Supervise and support Raw Material Warehouse Operators in daily activities Oversee stock control and inventory management Liaise with the planning department to align raw material availability with production schedules Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports using SAP Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Valid Counterbalance and/or Reach FLT licence Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and SAP Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence in leading and supporting a team
