Job Title: Call Handler
Location: Crawley
Job Type: Full-Time / Temp
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently
- Accurately log call details and update internal systems
- Escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company procedures
- Provide customers with accurate information and support
- Follow up on outstanding queries where required
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or administrative role preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Good IT and data entry skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred
