Tax Leader for High-Growth PE-Backed Firm

Camino Search is helping a fast-growing, PE-backed business appoint an Interim Head of Tax to own the tax function across the group. You’ll work with the CFO, senior leadership and investors on strategy, governance and risk, with responsibility for corporate tax, VAT and international tax.

The role covers tax compliance, planning and transactional support, including M&A and restructurings, with external advisers managed to deliver scalable, compliant tax processes as the business grows.
