This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious, hands-on finance professional to step into a number one role, leading a small, established finance team and reporting directly to the Board . About the role: Number one in finance, reporting directly to the Board with full ownership of the function Key strategic partner, influencing growth, investment and commercial decision-making Autonomy to shape and improve financial controls, processes and systems Opportunity to build, lead and develop the finance team Strong commercial exposure across contracts, margins, profitability and cost control Full ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow Lead Board reporting, delivering clear, commercially focused insights Oversight of audit and external stakeholder relationships Your Experience: Qualified CIMA, ACA, ACCA - 5 years post qualified, 10 years + QBE Proven expereince operating at a senior level within finance Strong knowledge of accounting standards and best practices Proficient in Excel, Word and MS Outlook; Excellent administration skills, organised and able to prioritise work load; Possess excellent communication and problem solving skills; For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering making the next step in your career get in touch with James McCord @ HIREIQ Skills: management accounts budgeting forecasting financial analysis strategic planning finance operations management Benefits: flexible hours parking life assurance pension hybrid options
