You would need previous experience with a good knowledge and understanding of Autism and Learning Disabilities working in supported living services. We are looking for individuals who want to make a real and positive impact on people's lives, where every day is different. The role involves supporting with person care (where required), assisting with daily tasks like cooking/cleaning, daily activities, accessing the community and promoting independence & inclusion. We offer various shifts including early, lates, long days, mid-shifts and nights spread across a 7-day period. Ideally we'd need you to have a Child & Adult DBS on the the update service & able to driver with access to your own car. This role offers ad-hoc shifts to fit around any commitments you already have.
