Working as part of a close-knit team, you will play a key role in the production and packing of products, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities Operate machinery and support production lines Pack products to required specifications Follow production plans to meet output targets Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Quality Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency on site About You Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (food manufacturing preferred) But as long as you come from a fast paced environment Understanding of health and safety practices Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset and willingness to improve processes Self-motivated with a desire for personal development Interest xwzovoh in sustainable and healthy products Whats on Offer Salary of £29,406.27 per annum 22 days holiday per year, enhanced with shift pattern Company bonus scheme Matched pension and life assurance Employee Assistance Programme Access to wellbeing benefits such as discounted gym memberships, Digital GP services, eye tests, mortgage advice, and salary finance
