Field Service Engineer – Photocopiers & MFDs 📍 North East England 💰 £30,000 – £38,000 DOE + Company Vehicle + Overtime + Benefits The Role We’re looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our growing team, supporting customers across the North East. If you’ve got a solid background repairing and maintaining photocopiers and MFDs and want a role where you’re trusted to get on with the job—this is it. You’ll be responsible for servicing and repairing a range of office equipment at customer sites, keeping downtime low and customers happy. What You’ll Be Doing * Repairing and maintaining photocopiers and MFDs * Diagnosing faults and completing first-time fixes where possible * Installing and configuring devices (including basic networking/scanning) * Managing your own daily workload and service calls * Delivering a professional, customer-focused service What We’re Looking For * Proven experience working on photocopiers/MFDs (essential) * Experience with brands like Toshiba, Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Xerox * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Basic networking knowledge (IP, scanning, drivers) * Full UK driving licence * Able to work independently in a field-based role What’s in It for You * £30,000 – £38,000 depending on experience * Company vehicle + fuel card (personal use optional if applicable) * Paid travel / door-to-door (if applicable—include if you offer it!) * Overtime opportunities * Manufacturer training and certifications * Stable, supportive team with long-term prospects Why Join Us?
