Assistant Site Manager / Site Supervisor Location: Peterborough Rate: £220 - £250 per day (CIS) Duration: 12-14 Weeks Start Date: Next Monday We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager / Site Supervisor for an exciting office-to-nursery conversion project based in Peterborough. This is a hands-on role working closely with the Project Director on site. We are looking for someone who is happy to lead from the front, assist with day-to-day site operations, and get involved with practical duties when required. Project Scope * Full strip-out works * Removal and alteration of walls and ceilings * Site logistics management * Coordination of deliveries and waste management * Supporting subcontractors and trades on site * Assisting with health & safety and site compliance * Working closely with the Director to ensure programme targets are met Responsibilities * Oversee daily site activities * Manage skip exchanges and site deliveries * Coordinate labour and subcontractors * Monitor health & safety standards * Support site paperwork and reporting * Assist with practical site duties when required * Ensure works are progressing in line with programme Requirements * Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor * SSSTS or SMSTS preferred * CSCS Card * Strong organisational and communication skills * Proactive attitude and willingness to muck in on site * Experience managing refurbishment or fit-out projects desirable What's on Offer * Immediate start * 12-14 weeks' work * £220-£250 per day * Opportunity to work closely with senior management * Fast-paced and varied project environment To apply, please send your CV or contact us directly for further information
