We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen operation at Cup of Joy London.
We are searching for someone who can lead a team, maintain high standards, control kitchen operations, and grow with the brand.
Responsibilities
* Managing daily kitchen operations and service flow
* Leading and motivating the kitchen team
* Maintaining food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and compliance
* Stock control and supplier management
* Labour scheduling and rota management
* Reducing waste and maintaining food cost targets
* Ensuring consistency and speed during service
* Supporting recruitment and staff training
Requirements
* Previous Kitchen Manager or Senior Sous Chef experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Experience in fast-paced restaurants or QSR operations
* Good understanding of food cost and labour management
* Strong hygiene and compliance knowledge
* Ability to perform well under pressure xwzovoh
* Passion for hospitality and team culture
