TimePlan Education are working with a small, highly regarded independent school in South West London who are looking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher from September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and supportive school community with motivated pupils, supportive parents and a strong team ethos. The school are open to either a long term supply arrangement or a 1 year fixed term contract with the potential for a permanent role.
The successful candidate will join a small Year 5 class of 7 pupils, including one child with an EHCP supported by a dedicated 1:1 TA. Parents have high academic expectations, therefore experience or knowledge of 11+ / Year 7 entrance exam preparation is essential. An interest or strength in Computing and/or English would be highly desirable.
You will:

Be an excellent classroom teacher with a proven record of raising achievement
Have experience or understanding of 11+ preparation and independent school expectations

12 weeks holiday following state school term datesThe Ideal Candidate:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has experience teaching Upper KS2
Main Scale teachers only (M1-M6)
Passionate about high-quality teaching and learning
Strong communication and organisational skillsTimePlan Education are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and safety of children and young people and expect all staff to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to complete Disclosure and Barring Service declarations in line with Section 115 of the Police Act 1997. You will also be required to provide 2 professional references covering at least the last 2 years and complete our registration and interview process.
