Governance Lead - Operational Resilience Hybrid working in Sheffield 6-month rolling contract £600 - £700, Inside IR35 We're seeking a Governance Lead to define and manage resilience policy, process, and controls to strengthen governance within a large enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities: Own and maintain resilience policies, processes, and operating model Ensure alignment with regulatory, risk, and internal control frameworks Oversee control execution, compliance, and exception management Define and track KPIs to measure governance and control effectiveness Drive governance maturity, risk identification, and remediation actions Collaborate across Technology and Resilience teams to embed best practice Provide clear reporting and insight to senior stakeholders and governance forums Requirements: Experience working with regulatory and risk management frameworks in financial services Strong experience in governance, risk, controls, or technology risk management roles Proven track record of defining and embedding policy, process, and control frameworksECS Recruitment Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
