This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high impact matters for major businesses, advising across the full spectrum of regulatory compliance and investigations.You'll play a key role in helping clients navigate fast moving regulatory frameworks, from preventative compliance to crisis response, enforcement action and contentious proceedings.The RoleYou'll advise on a broad range of regulatory risk issues, with a particular focus on:Anti Bribery & Corruption (ABC), Failure to Prevent Fraud (FTPF) and Modern SlaveryHealth & Safety, building safety and fire safetyInternal and external investigations, including strategy, evidence review, disclosure, interviews and regulator engagementDrafting policies, procedures, risk assessments and compliance frameworksSupporting clients through enforcement, interviews under caution, prosecutions and related hearingsContributing to multi jurisdictional projects and cross office teamsPlay an active role in business development and client trainingAbout YouYou'll be an Associate with experience in regulatory compliance and investigations, ideally including:Advising on regulatory frameworks and riskHandling internal investigations and regulator facing strategyDrafting responses to information noticesPreparing for or attending interviews, inspections or hearingsExperience in ABC, FTPF, Modern Slavery or Health & Safety is ideal, but candidates with strong transferable skills will be considered.Strong analytical and drafting skillsConfidence handling clients and complex issues under time pressureIn ReturnTop of the market salary and benefits package.Clear career progression opportunities within a supportive and inclusive environment.Flexible working options to support a healthy work-life balanceFor more information about this role please contact Hannah Somers at Chadwick Nott.(t) 0117 917 1929(m) 07435 943574(e) hannahsomers@chadwicknott.co.uk*At Chadwick Nott, we are committed to developing a diverse and inclusive culture as well as supporting our large client network achieve the same.
