HGV Class 2 Multi Drop Pack & Bulk Driver

Southern Lubricants Ltd is a well-established local family run business in Okehampton specialising in Lubricant sales and distribution.

HGV2 Pack & Bulk driver required in our busy Okehampton depot to drive and deliver a range of Lubricants across the South West. Competitive rates of pay working in a friendly family company. This is a physical job and therefore you will need to be fit and able. You must be over 25. This is an employed position, on a 42.5 hours per week contract, 7:30am - 5:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch).

The Role

Following operation procedures and Health & Safety guidelines

Delivering goods direct to our customers, to include bulk deliveries into tanks and pack products

Communicate regularly with the office regarding deliveries, collections etc

Basic vehicle maintenance

Comply with relevant Working Time & Driving regulations

Checking loads and completing relevant documentation

Ensuring all goods are delivered in a timely fashion, undamaged and the correct paperwork signed and dated

Assisting with the warehouse team to pick the goods correctly and complete relevant documentation

Collection of used containers, Adblue ibc's and completing relevant documentation and returning to the office

Driving a forklift truck where applicable

Pay: From £28,730.00 per year
